Security Concerns (A Message Sent to Facebook)

This is the only way that I can contact your organization. Can't believe I have to do your job for you!. I find it unacceptable that I am learning that some of my Facebook Friends are receiving additional "Friend Request" from me.

Customer Privacy and Security is paramount! It must be Facebook's fundamental responsibility to do whatever is necessary to protected it's customer's from unwanted account intrusions. I don't understand how this can happen and your organization not notify me about it. I am a Security professional and if something like this were to happen on my watch, not only ME, but my staff will be all over it! Instead, I am expected to go online read your recommendations on how to fix the problem then do all of the work. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Fortunately for me, I have great people that follow me who have my back. I'm starting to wonder, if everyone at Facebook is really committed to doing everything in their power to protect its customers from unnecessary intrusions from all the parasites and worms who are consistently gaining unauthorized access to their "LOYAL" customers accounts. RIGHT IS RIGHT AND RIGHT DON'T WRONG NOBODY! Fix this, your customers are watching and they deserve better.
